Elvis and Corvettes

Yesterday was a long, but fun, day. We woke up in West Memphis, AR, knowing that our final destination would be Knoxville, TN. Our first order of business though was to get to Graceland - of course! We toured the mansion, his private plane, and his car collection.

After Graceland we detoured to Bowling Green, KY to visit the National Corvette Museum. It was out of our way a bit, but I told Dan that we should go any way. When will we be this close again?

For you car enthusiasts out there, I'm sure Dan will be emailing you more detailed photos. Ultimately, it was a great day. Today we are moving on to Greensboro, NC to visit with Dan's aunt and cousins. It will be nice to have a few days off from driving!

Hey guys,

Hope that Vette is for Isaac, because Dad'd would prefer a convertible. Keep on having fun. Dad will see you on the 27th.

Love Mom & Dad

Hey Kerrie & Danny,
Your pictures are great and what a great job the kids are doing with all those car rides.

I got your message tonight, Kerrie, and looks like you've made it to NC! That is so great! I'm so glad this has worked out and you are safely there.

It's too bad we'll miss each other in DC by a day or so, but I hope you have a great time. Kerrie, e-mail and let me know what you'll do while you are there.

I bet Graceland was so cool.
